Passing Through

*Raku rose and noticed Zyrag was still in his*
"Shit.."
*Raku was bleeding from his side where he was appearantly cut. He walked over and picked up the two rings and walked to Zyrag and focused chakra to pull him out of his shadow then splashed water on him*

Zyrag moved his arm in the air as a natural reaction. Then he opened his eyes a little and asked. "Did we win...?"

(lol either that or the elevator.)

*He sat him up and draped his arm around him*
"Yes we did. Im proud of you."
*Underneath his mask he was smiling*

"That means a lot, you're the closest thing I have to family, other than Kimi of course..." After a while he sat up. "So... that encounter must mean we're close..."

"as far as im concerned we are family. I got the rings so all we have to do is find the place.. Then were set." *he ignored the wound on his side which stained his outfit*

"I'm glad." He was bleeding pretty bad as well, but all he could do at the moment was close the wound. He looked at Raku's side, "You should get that wrapped..."

"our shadow chakra will heal us when we get in a shadow.. Lets just find some shade."

"Over here." He said walking towards a tree between two buildings.

(I had a bad feeling about letting you choose the place... xP)

(what do you mean?) "we dont have time though." *he began walking in the direction the Akatsuki had came*

He followed Raku, spotting an abandoned looking building. "Let's look in there," He said pointing.

"After you" *he followed after him*

He walked into the empty place, shifting the bones in his ears as he did. A few steps in he thought he heard something and signaled Raku to stop moving. He heard it again. "Hello."

*he stopped and waited*

"Raku," He whispered, "Do you have shadow sight? If so I need you to use it." He pulled out a sword in case of a fight.

"Im the clan leader.. Of course i do" *he whispered back and used the jutsu and looked around the room* "Its got alot of dusty furniture.. So far its clear. Theres a hallway to the left. What do you hear?"

"Something within the range of human size, maybe a little bigger..." He started toward the hallway, but stopped when he heard the sound move closer.

"I see nothing.." *He got ready for an ambush and focused chakra into his hand till it crackled*

He stepped into the opening of the hallway, feeling his way there. Suddenly something hit him bluntly, knocking him back into the room, but with his armor it could be pretty much anything.

*Raku quickly turned to Zyrag then shoved his clans version of chidori into the object*

A piercing screech rung out in the darkness as the lightning connected. Zyrag had to cover his ears, momentarily incapacitated. The sound disrupted his sense of direction. He shot some spikes in the direction he thought the hallway was, and some accidentally towards Raku.

*Three spikes hit Raku. One in his spine, one in his right shoulder and the last scraped his cheek. The spikes caught him by surprise and disrupted both his jutsu and was thrown down the hallway by the strange being*

"Raku get outside," He said, "We can't fight it blind." "Or can I...?", he thought having an idea. He hoped Raku went quickly so he wouldn't have to stay long, in case he was losing. He extended a few hyper-sensitive bones from his body, to sense vibrations from the air*. He felt something move toward him and prepared to defend.

(* Like those in your ears.)

*He grunted and ripped the spikes out then walked to the door trying to stay calm*

(I had a random thought... Kaguya + 8 Gates... lol fusion from dbz, Kimimaro +Lee

Anyway...)

He felt a smaller presence moving away from him. "That must be Raku..." He thought just barely deflecting an invisible blow. This would take some getting used to. He felt something angle toward Raku as well. "Great there's more?" He changed his sword into a spear and threw in that direction and heard the sound of flesh being pierced. He paused, "I got it...?" He got knocked down by the thing near him and felt a gnawing in his arm. He knocked it back with spike knuckles, and stabbed through where the gnawing had come from with a spike from his palm. He ran to where the exit should be, but he hit something the size of a man. "Raku?"

(Feel free to make some decisions as well, its not just me its *teamwork*)

*The spear pierced an object near Raku and wasnt surprised then turned around* "Im over here!" *the manlike precense in front of Zyrag tackled him to the floor and pressed his right arm down and gnawed on his shoulder. Raku heard and ran to the area and sliced into the creature*
