*starts breathing heavily*
*still has her hands in fists and eyes closed*

*stamps her foot*

He stayed silent, occasionally sniffling. "O-okay.."

What are your sister and brother going to do with your body?

*is still crying a little*

"I-I don't know.. m-maybe bury i-it a-after a w-week.." He continued to hug her tight. "I-I think.. t-the ritual.. m-might b-be..t-today.."

*pulls away from Gaara*

*colapses onto her bed*
*puts her elbows on her knees and her hands over to eyes*
*really starts to cry*

He just stood there, lifting his hand and wiping his eyes. "I-I-I d-didn't m-mean to.."

*falls onto her back*
*looks at the ceiling*

So today might be the last time I'll ever see you...

*sits up*
*looks really super pissed*

He started to sob more. "Y-y-you can't... s-s-she's d-d-dead.. and t-the o-one w-who t-t-told her to b-be sacrificed i-is d-dead t-too..a-and t-the o-old lady.. i-it's n-not h-her fault.. s-she was d-doing what t-the Kazekage t-told her t-to d-do.."

*sits down*

She walks into the room, seeing Gaara crying and Kani crying/in a daze.
"Gaara.. you told her, didn't you?"
She gave him a side hug.
"Listen.. it's almost time, you need to get ready.."
She felt tears slide down her face.

*kinda hear's Temari come in and talk*

It's time? No! He can't!

*looks at Gaara and Temari*

Where's the ritual?

"In Suna's plains of sand.."
She stopped hugging Gaara and went back to the door.
"I'm going to go make the preparations.."
She walked out of the room.

He lifts his head and turns it, looking at the door. "T-t-that won't take l-long.."

*looks at Gaara*
*looks at the ground*

He gave a low sigh, wiping his eyes one more time and walking over to her. "Kani.." He pulled her to him, pushing his lips to hers in a kiss. He pulled away and made a hand sign, dissapearing.
