Walking around

Him and Neko walked through the forest, the full moon shining. He looked up at it and sighed. "It'snice out.."

*smiles*

"It's buaetiful out. The last time I was out this late, I couldn't enjoy it, meow."

He looked at her. "Why not..?"

*looks up at him*

"I was running away."

"Oh.." He looked away. "The last time I was out this late, I was attempting to kill someone.." He looked at her. "What were you running from, if you don't mind me asking..?"

*looks back at the moon*

"Everything. I was scared... Mostly of my fake daddy, but I thought that everyone else was like that. So I ran and ran, and thought that if I ran hard enough, I might die from egxostion."

*looks at him*

"I wanted to die, but I couldn't kill myself."

His face softened a bit. "I would have never imagined you wanting to kill yourself, your so happy.. I don't get it.."

*looks down*

"I wasn't happy at my fake daddy's house. But until I was 10, I thought that he was my real daddy and he was doing that because he loved me. That made me feel better. I said to my self that one day he'd love me. Maybe tomorrow. I always said that if I waited long enough, he'd stop, and love me."

*silence for a while*

"But when I learned the truth, I realized he had never loved me, he just liked to hurt me. So I ran away. I didn't move for 10 whole days strait, but then, on the road, I saw a boy being hit by his mom. That didn't seem like much, but it made me think to be more happy. I wasn't the only one in the world with problems, I had to figure that out. So the 4 years after that, I spent traveling everywhere trying to find a home. But I was happy, even though I had no one."

He stopped walking and looked at the ground. "I had no idea.." He looked at her. "That is really bad.. I'm sorry that happened to you.." He looked away. "I never really had a parent, just my dad sending people to kill me every so often.." He looked at her again. "What did you do while you didn't have a place to live and all alone..?"

"I just ran. A lot. I remeber in the water village, it was so cold, my fingers hurt. Everyday, I just ran, and sat, never talking, never doing anything. I just was alone..."

He looked down again, closing his eyes. "Nobody decided they would help..?"

"I talked to a few people, asking if I could stay, but they all said no. Most of the time, I was to scared to talk and hear my own voice."

*silence*

*faintly smiles*

"But I bet the people who said no were poor and they couldn't afford to have another person to feed. I bet they really wanted me there."

"Why wouldn't they..?" He gave her a small smile. "If they had let you stay with them, we probably would have never met.."

*smiles*

"That's true. Hey, can I ask you something?"

"Alright, what is it?"

"Did your dad every talk to you? What did you do before you were six?"

"He was the one who trained me.. I never got a chance to have a childhood.. then, when he seen that I became too much of a threat, he set people to kill me, one of them being my uncle, though he had a choice to accept or not, he chose to kill me.." He shook his head. "But you never got a chance to have a childhood either, did you..?"

*looks at the road*

"I... I was in a room for a long time... So long.. My fake daddy never said anything to me until I was 5. Then he hit me and called me a monster and every other bad thing that you could possibly think of. He gave me one meal a day, and when I was 8 he sent me to the academy, but right after I graduated he brought me back home and everything was like it was before. I could never talk to anyone. I just sat in a room. After a long time, he didn't even see me anymore. I didn't talk, I didn't sleep, nothing happened. He gave me bits of food, but I would wake up and they would be there. I started believing that nothing else egxisted except me... I knew what it meant to be truly alone.

He listed to her, feeling something in his chest when she finished. "You never had anyone to talk to.. now I feel more selfish than I did before.." He looked at the ground. "I've always had my siblings around me, making sure I didn't go anywhere to kill anyone, but I never realized that I wasn't as alone as I had thought I was.. your lonleyness kills mine by much.." He stayed silent after that, still looking at the ground.

*smiles*

"But now I'm not alone. Meow, Did you want to kill your dad?"

"Yes..." He continued to look at the ground.

"I don't know if I want to kill my fake daddy. He's still alive. But I don't know if I hate him."

"How can you not hae him..?" He looked at her. "How do you not hate someone who treated you so horribly?!"

"I don't know. I want to not like him, but I would never want him to die. I couldn't amagine wishing death on someone."

"You.." He looked down again. "Your so pure.. how do you do it..?"
