Arashi's House

[start's to look through his closet, looking for something]
"Where the hell is it?!"
[throws everything everywhere, still looking for the missing thing]

*walks into his room in this form--*


"You, I sent this message to you so many times. You need to have more organization.."

*passes him a letter*

[slowly takes the letter]

"You can say that again..."

[reads it, then looks at the random ninja guy]

"What is this?"

"Can't you read?!"

*shakes head*

"There is a war that is about to start, our land, Otonin, and the Lightning village is going against The Sand Village. Otonin is angry because the Sand Village ditched their plan and went against them on Konoha's side, and who knows about the Lightning Village, they are just here for the ride.."

*randomly walks in*

"land of Lighting, meow? Isn't that the cloud village?"

*looks at Arashi*

"I don't believe we've met?"

[looks at Neko]

"I don't think we have. I am Arashi, and you are..?"

"Neko. Neko Coneko. It is very nice to meet you, Arashi-kun."

"It's nice to meet you too. So, are you from this village, the Sound village, or the Cloud village?"

[waits for her answer]

*taps her headband that's at the top of her head (the way Sakura wears it)

"Uhh... Can you see, meow?"

[looks at it]

"The Cloud village, huh? Your village is the one that really doesn't have a part in the war against the Sand village, but the Kage was convinced. Yours is the only one with a Kage."

"No other villages have kages now? I didn't know that, meow..."

[he mentally slapped his forehead]

"No, I mean your village is the only one out of this village and Otonin that has a Kage.."

[he sighed]

"Were going to Suna very soon, you should go and get ready."

"Ok?"

"I don't understand anything he says..."

*turns around and walks out*
